Ghost Recon Wildlands New Expansion Coming Out With a New Enemy
The second major update for Ghost Recon Wildlands is FallenGhost and is set to arrive on May 30. This time the Ghosts are on the back-foot after a helicopter crash abandons them stranded on their way to a mission. In the meantime, a severe new unit is on their trail, entrusted with putting the Ghosts out of activity for good.
Fallen Ghosts’ 15 mission campaign sets players the goal of taking down four new bosses in three different regions. With the Ghosts outgunned and outnumbered, the campaign missions are necessarily tactical affairs set in areas of jungle and swampland (complete with a retooled weather system to make things a little more intense), and – like the main campaign – the whole thing is fully playable in four player co-op.
Six new weapons also join the party, including new assault rifles, sniper rifles and a crossbow. You’ll also find four new side-activity types, each with an exclusive reward.
Fallen Ghosts will be available for Season Pass holders on May 30, and as an individual purchase on June 6. For more on Ghost Recon Wildlands
